Dance

Hi friends,To tell about dance it is the movement which is made in our body itself.This dance involves in many styles such as Break dance,Hip Hop,Western,Step dance,and many more too.
This does not mean in what style you are doing it only the steps should be proper.If the steps are properly followed then if you practice well you will be able to do it easily and by practicing you will gain the dancing style.The body should be flexible .If the steps are not properly practiced many injuries also may occur.Many people in our world love to dance .By dancing you would also get the body fit.
